After working and litigating side by side in the Florida panhandle for the past 17 years, Tom McGuire and Gene Polk finally realized that their combined efforts in a partnership would be greater than their individual efforts. Thus, McGuire & Polk was formed.

Gene not only brings his civil legal skills to the table, but also his experience as a retired Colonel in the United States Marine Corp.  Along with Tom’s 25 years trial experience, McGuire & Polk can now serve the needs of both civilian and military clients.
